We are excited to host another Round Robin Case Review and Membership Meeting for the MGLFE! Please join us to listen as colleagues share information about recent cases or take this opportunity to present one of your own. This is a wonderful chance to engage with the forensic examiner community while highlighting best practices and discussing cases that challenged you.
We have also scheduled this month's meeting at an earlier time for a Lunch and Learn format! We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM!

ABOUT US
OUR CHAPTER MISSION
To provide leadership and support the work of forensic examiners in Michigan by developing, promoting and disseminating information for the improvement of practice for our members that provide care to those affected by violence.
COMMON GOALS

Connection of members through a variety of platforms to enhance and promote professional networking.

Circulation of and discussion surrounding current research and available resources/trainings to guide best practice within the State of Michigan.

Development of six annual 90-minute Chapter Webinars.

Development of one annual Chapter Symposiums with CE provided.

Development of additional membership educational and case review opportunities.

Membership involvement in the continued growth of the MGLFE.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Education Committee facilitates the planning, development, and implementation of evidence-based continuing education offered by the MGLFE to its members in the forensic examiner community.
The Education Committee assists in planning education and skills throughout the year and works with the Board & Membership Committee on annual MGLFE Conference planning.

The Membership Committee is the Committee of Fun! This committee is tasked with facilitating and encouraging continued MGLFE involvement through connection with other Members.
